By registering an account, depositing funds, purchasing virtual tokens, casting interactive votes, drafting fantasy contestant rosters, or participating in any leaderboard challenge, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accept all terms of this Disclaimer, alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. PARAMOUNT, CBS & TELEVISION BROADCAST NETWORK DISCLOSURE

Independent Platform Operation: The Platform is developed, owned, and independently operated by its platform operators. Paramount Global, CBS Broadcasting Inc., CBS Studios, television syndication affiliates, and all related broadcast stations and networks (collectively, the “Broadcasters”) serve exclusively as television programming and distribution partners.

Non-Liability of Broadcasters: The Broadcasters are not operators, promoters, managers, sponsors, or financial administrators of this interactive companion application, voting leaderboards, in-app coin transactions, or prize distributions. The Broadcasters expressly disclaim any and all liability, warranty, or responsibility for:

• Any monetary transactions, stakes, deposits, or withdrawals conducted on the Platform;
• Contestant leaderboard rankings, voting tally validity, and competition outcomes;
• Fulfillment, distribution, or taxation of cash rewards or contractual prizes;
• Service outages, software errors, or data transmission failures during live television broadcasts.

All user relationships, payment transactions, and contest participations exist solely between the user and the Platform operators.

3. NATURE OF PLATFORM: SKILL-BASED COMPETITION VS. GAMBLING

Skill-Based Evaluation: The Platform is an interactive talent competition, creator tournament, and entertainment discovery ecosystem. Outcomes, advancements, and winner determinations are governed by authentic talent submissions, objective contest rules, verified community votes, and participant performance metrics.

No Game of Chance or Lottery: Platform competitions do not constitute traditional gambling, lotteries, or games of pure chance. However, because real financial consideration may be involved in voting power packages and prize challenges, users must exercise sound judgment and participate with full awareness of financial risk.

4. FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS, VIRTUAL CREDITS & NO INVESTMENT ADVICE

Virtual Items & Tokens: All in-app coins, tokens, and digital credits are virtual items intended strictly for in-app voting and interactive gameplay. Virtual items possess no independent monetary value outside of designated prize-redemption pathways defined in official contest rules.

No Financial or Investment Advice: Content presented on the Platform, during broadcasts, or in promotional materials does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Participation in contestant challenges or fantasy selections carries the risk of total loss of entry fees or allocated credits.

5. AGE RESTRICTION & JURISDICTIONAL ELIGIBILITY (18+ / 21+)

Strict Age Limits: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or twenty-one (21) years of age where required by local gaming or contest regulations) to participate in cash-entry competitions or withdraw cash prizes. Minors under the age of majority are strictly prohibited from participating in real-money features.

Know Your Customer (KYC): Valid government-issued photo identification and proof of residence are required prior to processing any prize distribution, cash withdrawal, or commercial talent contract.

Void Where Prohibited: Contests and paid voting features are void in jurisdictions where skill-based interactive competitions with prizes or entry fees are restricted by local, state, or federal law.
